If your password expiry date is coming and you have already received notification and meet one of the below conditions, then please use this guide to reset your password:
- you are WFH
- you have remote connection set up
- you are using company equipment (laptop, desktop)
If some of the above points don't apply to your situation, but still need to change your password, please use the instructions here to reset your password remotely.
To ensure the password changes across all devices and systems, follow the below steps:
- Connect via WatchGuard
- Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE
- Change password
- Restart your device
This will change your computer password as well as the password for Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint), therefore you can expect pop-ups asking for password confirmation.
Note: When WFH, please do not use remote password change (this will not change the password on your device and you will have to use two passwords).
